Quote Info

The website has been designed to assist you in getting a quote for the hire of catering equipment from Hire-it-All. The process is broken into two stages.

Stage 1 is carried out online and works in a similar way to a normal online store. In this case though you are just requesting a quote and not placing an order, so you will not be asked for credit card/payment details at this point.

Stage 2 is carried out by phone. Our staff will review your quote request, calculate the cost of delivery, collection and cleaning (if these services are required) and will then contact you, at a time requested by you, by phone with the total cost.

Here’s a more detailed breakdown of how it works:

Stage 1 – On the Hire-it-All website

1a. Using the links on the left, browse the products on our website, select any item you may need by entering a quantity into the box provided and clicking the ‘Add to Quote’ button.

1b. When you are happy with your selection click on the ‘Get Quote’ button at the top of the page. This will show you what you have added to your quote request. If you want to remove an item, enter ‘0’ (zero) into the quantity box and click the update button. Click ‘Proceed’ when you are happy with the list.

1c. You will then be given a list of options regarding delivery, collection and the Crystal Cleaning Service. The cost of these services is calculated on a per order basis by one of the HIA staff.

There is also a box here available for any other questions you may have.

1d. The next page asks for your personal details. You need to check the box saying you have read the terms and conditions, otherwise your quote request will not be sent.

Stage 2 – How you will receive your quote

2a. Staff at HIA will process your quote and calculate the cost of delivery/collection based upon the information you have supplied.

2b. A staff member will then contact you by phone within two working days. If possible they will call you within the preferred time you specified with your personal details.

HIA will also discuss options you may have at this time – such as coloured linen, fuels for barbecues etc.

You will then be informed of the total cost for hiring items from HIA together will any delivery/optional charges.
